- Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once an order is confirmed, cancellations will not be accepted. Please confirm all details before placing your order.

We offer reliable shipping services through trusted local and international carriers. Available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your location and order details.
- Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times (excluding processing time):
Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days
International Orders: 10–35 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
- Shipping Fees
We are pleased to offer free shipping for orders delivered to addresses in China. You can choose between arranging a pickup from our warehouse or having the shipment sent directly to your forwarding agent in China.
For addresses outside of China, shipping fees will be calculated based on the destination, order size, and shipping method. All prices listed exclude shipping costs, which will be added to your order total if applicable.
- Customs & Import Duties
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your shipment.

Returns & Refunds
- Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)

- Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–30 business days.
If you have not received your refund after the processing period, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
- Exchanges
